Community Hospice Care

Mission Statement: Community Hospice Care offers compassionate, quality service to people in the final stages of life and support to their families in Seneca County and the surrounding communities. Purpose: Community Hospice Care hopes to increase the significance of a terminal patient’s remaining days through the provision of an umbrella of physical care, emotional support, and encouragement to the patient’s ability to remain in the home setting for as long as possible.
