Halloween Dance Party

Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host a “Halloween Dance Party” for children aged five and under on Thursday, October 31 at 10:00 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Children can wear costumes, dance, and play spooky games at this fun Halloween-themed dance party. Registration is not required.
