Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is taught by Suzanne Reinhart each Monday at 9:00 AM and each Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Suzanne is a seasoned yoga instructor always watching out for your safety. Chair Yoga will help you with your balance and strength. You will not get on the floor with this class. It’s great for the body!
