The Teen Department of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be holding “Anime Club” for teens in grades 6 through 12 on Thursdays, October 3 and 17 from 3:00-4:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Join the Library for this club that celebrates the pop culture phenomenon by watching anime and reading manga. Snacks will be provided. There is no registration required for this free event.
