10 Million Steps

We invite you to be a part of something larger in the State of Ohio by walking as a group Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Hedges-Boyer Park in Tiffin @ 10AM. The goal is to walk as far as you can up to 1 mile. If you can not walk the full mile, it is fine. We encourage everyone to participate.
Along with our Basic Balance program at AEC, this special walking event will provide an opportunity for people to gather and walk a mile to raise awareness of older adult falls. You are welcome to bring a friend(s) to participate.
There is no cost and it is open to the public.
NO REGISTRATION NEEDED, JUST SHOW UP AT THE EVENT. IF IT RAINS THE DATE WILL BE THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26@ 10AM.
