It's time for another kitchen takeover!

Chef Alex Love will be serving 1/3 lb fresh ground Bison (locally sourced from Keller Bison in Arcadia, OH) with onions, topped with made-from-scratch Stout Cheddar Cheese and served on a fresh baked bun. All burgers are served with hand mixed, cut and baked soft pretzels sticks with Stout Cheddar Cheese for dipping. The stout cheese is made with our Ecstatic Wife Dry Irish Stout!

More on Alex: Alex is the owner and operator of A.Love for Food. You may know him best as the former owner of Sauced restaurant in New Riegel. He was born and raised in Michigan, and grew up in Boston in the restaurant business. He's a musician, painter, and chef rolled into one.
