Scaled- M/M, F/F and M/F

The event will be run shotgun style. Scaled teams will compete first and Rx teams will follow. We will post a heat schedule so you can arrive and warm up for your heat. You will check-in 30 minutes before your heat. Awards will be handed out as soon as possible after each division finishes.

We will have 4 events and each event will include a different machine!

We will have 120' of rig from Rogue Fitness!!!!
Large area for athlete warm-ups!
The venue has air conditioning and new Big Ass Fans!

The scaled division workouts will be designed so that ANYONE can do them.
Teams in the Rx division should have athletes that can RX the CrossFit Open.
