Session 2: STEP UP AND LEAD: Leadership Skills (3 hours)

• Critiquing others (How to do it right)
• Delegating (The who, what, where, when, and why of delegating)
• Preventing Freelancing (no explanation needed!)
• Dealing with subordinate Issues (Handling difficult people)
• Post Incident Analysis (why it is important)
• Leadership in the hostile work environment (follows leadership in the soft environment)
• Building Morale (8 tips to increase morale)
• Customer Service
