Watch Communications is hosting two Open Houses to educate the public about the services they are bringing to Midwest Ohio. The first Open House is Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the BANKquet Hall, 125 S. Main St., Fostoria. The second Open House is Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 220 E. Walton, Willard.
