SCHRA Hosts Presentation on What Today’s Youth Look for in the Workplace
The SCHRA (Seneca County Human Resource Association) will hold their next meeting on April 9, 2024 at 11:30 am. The meeting takes place at the McCullen Conference Center in Mercy Hospital – Tiffin, 45 St. Lawrence Dr., Tiffin.
The Greater Ohio Workforce Board (GOWB) commissioned a study of 600 youth ages 18 – 24 to find out information such as “Biggest Influencers in Career Choice/Looking for in an Employer,” “Workplace Environment and Culture,” and “Communication Preferences,” and the data has been sorted by gender, employment status, place of residence, and respondent demographics. John Trott, the Executive Director of the GOWB will give a presentation on the results.
This meeting is open to non-members. Lunch is $25. RSVP’s required by 5 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024!
