Nicole Ochenduski, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Human Resources Manager of Church & Dwight Co., Inc. announced they are resuming their Confidential Wage Survey and would like to offer the survey to anyone who wants to participate. The survey is somewhat tailored to manufacturing but other businesses may find the information useful.
If you would like to participate, please email Nicole Ochenduski directly with your contact information. Nicole.Ochenduski@churchdwight.com Nicole will send out the survey via Microsoft Forms. The survey will ask for one e-mail address to receive the results. Results are sent confidentially so there is no way for folks to identify companies. Companies wishing to participate must contact Nicole by Friday, October 16th.
