Operation Hallmark, Inc. Announces Nutcracker Trail Scavenger Hunt

Operation Hallmark, Inc. has announced a new community event, Nutcracker Trail Scavenger Hunt, that will take place from Monday, July 15th through Saturday, July 20th. The event promises to bring joy and festivity to downtown Tiffin, inviting residents and visitors alike to participate in a fun-filled adventure.

Local businesses in downtown Tiffin and surrounding streets will display more than 50 decorated 7 1/2 foot 3-D wooden nutcrackers inside or outside of their business, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. Participants can enjoy the Nutcracker Trail Scavenger Hunt by following clues to locate each nutcracker and voting for their favorite decorated nutcracker.

Key Event Details:

• Nutcracker Display: Businesses will have their nutcrackers on display from Monday, July 15th, by 9:00 AM, through Saturday, July 20th. The nutcrackers will be placed inside or outside of their business.
• Scavenger Hunt: Participants can embark on the Nutcracker Trail Scavenger Hunt during this period, following clues to find each nutcracker and voting for the best decorated.
• Voting: Votes for the best decorated nutcracker will be collected throughout the scavenger hunt.
• Picture Opportunity:  Participants can take a photo with the nutcrackers and tag Operation Hallmark Tiffin on Facebook and also upload the pictures to the voting form.

The nutcracker trail clues may be picked up at the following businesses on Friday, July 12: Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, Simply Susan’s, Washington Street Outfitters, Tom Rodgers Flowers, and Clover Club.
