Doug, a second-generation carpenter, and his son Garret, representing the third generation, carry a deep-rooted passion for construction. Doug's journey began working alongside his father during his teenage years, a tradition he continued with his children. This upbringing on construction sites instilled a love for the trade that continues today.

After working with his father for many years, Doug gained valuable experience with various contractors in the area. Finally, in 2023, Doug and Garret decided to take the leap and turn their successful side hustle into a full-time business—Kuhn Renovations. Their dream is to see this legacy continue, with Garret's son, Walker, becoming the fourth generation to carry the torch.
