Bel-Mar Boat Landing Celebrates 50-Year Anniversary

Congratulations to Matt Stone and Meggen Fatzinger, along with the entire Bel-Mar Boat Landing team on their 50th anniversary!

The fun doesn’t stop! Bel-Mar has a community celebration today, June 22, starting at 3 PM with live music from No Eileen, Jake Heil Music, and Backroads Band. The day will include games for the whole family, a kiddy corner, raffles, 50/50, delicious food, drink specials and more!

The beloved Kathleen Beamer-Stone created Katie's Bel-Mar Boat Landing in 1974 as a smalltown family bar. Offering a boat ramp & dock for access to the scenic Sandusky River, fishing, and enjoying the view while enjoying an ice-cold beverage. Katie was a beautiful soul and helped anyone in need. She'd run benefits, give countless donations, & so much more. As the years have passed, they remain family owned. They continue living vicariously through her visions, while updating with the times.

Bel-Mar completed the addition of a full kitchen in 2022. The kitchen is currently leased to 419 Venue Guy from Thursday through Sunday and offers bar cuisine, from burgers to Rubens to fried goods.

The location has been and continues to be involved with the community for various events, including a summer monthly bike night with Route 30 Harley Davidson, the annual Tiffin Elks Regatta, live music and more.
