SENIOR HEALTH CLINIC

Clinic screenings include vital signs, glucose, hemoglobin, lung sounds, edema, urinalysis, weight, review medications and education. Please fast 2 hours before screening for accurate glucose results. Clients are welcomed and encouraged to go to any clinic as often as you want. Partial funding provided by the Area Agency on Aging Ohio District 5. Health clinic is free but donations are very much apprciated.
