 Charles Construction Services has been providing comprehensive construction services since 1983.  We engage in a variety of projects including new industrial, institutional, medical, and commercial construction, as well as renovation, modification or expansion of existing facilities.

Charles has constructed over 10 million square feet of industrial, institutional, commercial, and medical facilities in 22 Ohio counties.  Noteworthy projects in the Findlay area include: Owens State Community College, Birchaven Retirement Village; Blanchard Valley Cancer Treatment Center; the Family Services Center; Findlay Family YMCA, Hancock County Recreation Center (The Cube); Spectrum Eye Care Center, several projects for the University of Findlay, Dow, Ball, Whirlpool, Cooper Tire and many others.

Charles has supported our community through several organizations including Susan G. Komen, Arts Partnership, United Way, Open Arms, American Cancer Society, BVHA Health Association, Univ. of Findlay, and many others.  Charles Construction Services is very proud to call Findlay/Hancock County, Ohio its home.
